Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product as per our Return Policy.

Provide Order Details:

If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Customized Orders: Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be canceled once they are in production.
Perishable Goods: Orders for perishable goods cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
